Complaint Review: Sirrea Stone AKA Rubber stone - Glendale Arizona

This is plain and simple in 2021 I was at work at he post office, while prepping the mail I ran across the like home magazine. In it I saw an add for we fix ugly concrete the pictures in the add looked nice plus the offered a 300.00 rebate off any job. As a federal postal employee we are not allowed to cut coupons or adds out the mail at work. So, when I finally had time I found their website and submitted a request for a quote. Some guy named Tim Heredia contacted me back via email it was at that time a sent him a screenshot of a design I had seen on their website. I only want this design nothing else period. Tim is the only person I was talking to about the project, he came out measured my carport and my driveway it was at this time he gave me the price for both. Will we where talking I told him I worked at the post office and wanted the 300.00 discount that I seen in their ad he agreed to give it to me but did not want to put it in writing. I told him I had to get the approval from my HOA and he said okay I had not picked the color for the job at this time. The HOA told me I could not have the color that I wanted on my driveway hell the would not approve any color. I told Tim since the HOA said no I was only getting my carport done with the same design we had discussed since my first email. I asked if I would still get the discount for my carport only and he told me yes so eventually he came over to help me select the colors for the project. We sat at the edge of the bottom of my carport on the ground and he mixed some colors for the border that was supposed to be black, a brownish color for the whole carport with the 3 triangles in black. I told him I would not need the numbers of my address at the bottom of the design since it was going in the carport. Fast forward to Feb.18th 2022 his crew came late I worked 12hrs and was super tired they were loud then one of the guys told me they need to use my water and electric for the project I gave them access went in the house to try to get some sleep. They were so loud out side laughing and talking and about 30 minutes late a guy knocks on my door ask me to look at his cracked up phone and select the shape of the triangle. I selected the shape and went back in the house at this point I am texting Tim about the man taking pictures of my car and I am worried about the design, he tells me that the guys are working through it. Long story short they messed up my carport they did a design that they chose to do not what I wanted! I told Tim this is not the design I picked out that we planned all these months etc. All of a sudden I am getting an email from someone named Kurk did not know he was the owner at the time. These people did not apologize, did not try to make it right to fix it nothing. I did not get a copy of the contact, now warranty paperwork and no discount. I want my money back all 2, 604.00 dollars they been avoiding me they did not respond to the BBB and ROC could not make a decision. Tim was now where to be found and he is the one I'm after!!

They messed up my carport and I want a full refund period. They are avoidin me they blocked me from emailing them or they just stopped responding and Tim Heredia is MIA and he is responisible for this entire problem that the company refuses to acknowledege and fix. The owner is cocky and ignorant he did not no nothing about nothing.  I was told they were talking to neighbors trying to get more business instead of taking care of my carport.  The product looks like cork it doesn't look like this on their website I am pissed and I just want my money back.
