Starlink Development Ltd Starlink Hong Kong There have been many people beside myself that have been charged on our credit cards and there was never an order placed. That’s what they did to me. Also many people have placed orders and never receive it and still get charged, sometimes more. China

I found a charge on my credit card statement from a company I do not recall ordering anything from. There was not contact number. So I looked them up on the internet and emailed them 4 times with no response.
So I contacted Complaints & advice division consumer council in Hong Kong and they just said they will document it. These people are ripping people off left and right and getting credit card numbers from somewhere. DO NOT ORDER from this company. Starlink Development LTD

Our company, Starlink Development Limited note that some on-line shops use “STARLINK HK” , “STARLINK HONK KONG” , “STARLINK 17 CANTON ROAD HONG KONG” to do their on-line sale through Instagram / Facebook & other Social Medial. Some of the customers from different countries have complained that goods are not delivered, some of them have reported to the police.
“Starlink Development Limited” would like to clarify that, we do not have any relationship with these on-line shops and our company do not involve in these on-line sales. We only make and sell Ladies’ evening gowns & cocktail dresses. We do not engage in any on-line retail business nor sell any products other than Ladies’ Evening Gowns and Cocktail Dresses.
All our retail business are done in our showroom at Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. Customers will visit our showroom to choose, fit and purchase our dresses after fitting or tailor- made the gown.
We would like to stress again, we NEVER sold our products through on-line shops or request customers to make any transaction through on-Line payments. All our retail transactions are done at our Showroom in Hong Kong.
