Starlink Technology Hongkong Starlink Technology Hongkong charged my credit card on July 28, but I did not use them nor authorize any payment.
I have not used Starlink Technologies nor authorized any payment. However, there was a charge on my Visa bill on July 27 for $55.22 from "Starlink Technology Hongkong HK".
