Stealthdocuments.com will offer to create a usable ID card.
On initial contact they will be very responsive and helpful. They will gather your information, answer questions and appear to be very knowledgeable. As soon as payment is made they will cut off all contact and you will never hear or receive anything from them again.
They are clearly running nothing but a fake website and a scam. Do NOT use their service, they are simply crooks.
