I stayed in unit 402 which is one of the penthouses. Paid over $3,000 on time never late. When it was time for me to move, I used their staff to repaint the walls and clean up. I even had a manager come in and inspect it and he approved it, but they refuse to give me back my deposit.
I've sent tons of emails. When I finally threatened them, they responded back and said they would mail it back to me. It's literally been over a month with nothing. The people who run this scam business "rosie casas, Aaliyah Norwood-Dymally, and fpimgt" should be locked up.
If you look at the other reviews they've been pulling funny business with a lot of tendants. I don't think they've actually have someone fight them with actual money and a huge following.
If you're reading this and you're interested in joining a lawsuite, simply Google my name and send me a DM on social media. This company is wrong for how they mistreat people who pay good money for a place they refuse to fix up.
Let's put an end to this once and for all.
