James Riter, Police Misconduct, Violation of Civil Rights, False Reporting, Harassing Women, Minorities + GLBTQ, Not enforcing laws against domestic abuse to women + their children Boxford MA
James Riter is a highly corrupt police chief in the rural town known as Boxford Massachusetts. He engaged in a campaign of stalking, intimidation + Harassment of a long time female resident who was going through a divorce + was the victim of domestic abuse. James Riter conspired with the women's husband to illegally have her Massachusetts license suspended with NO evidence. She had an impeccable driving record. He + Detective Neely recruited 2 suspicious neighbors of the woman to make false statements against her BUT again with NO EVIDENCE to support their false allegations = NO photos + NO video were submitted. James Riter targeted the woman BECAUSE the woman is a long time, very well respected Civil rights advocate. She trained hundreds of people annually for over 20 years of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 + why our Country was created to treat EVERYBODY with respect, dignity + inclusively. NAME is listed as a professional trainer on the US DOJ sign in sheets for annual Civil Rights trainings held over many many years. These records are PERMANENT government records available for public review. Boxford MA has a LONG history of NOT HIRING + NOT PROMOTING - minorities, - women, - GLBTQ persons + not approving Family Medical Leave Act requests requested by these persons. Boxford MA IS A TRULY RACIST TOWN t with a long history of discrimatory behavior to people who are not white + friends with the local small town big whigs on the Board of Selectman. They are HOSTILE to "outsiders" + civil rights advocates. Andrea Camobell = Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts SHOULD open a CRIMINAL investigation against Boxford Police Deptartment Chief James Riter + Detective Neely for FALSE REPORTING to the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles as a covert targeted harassment action against women, minorities + GLBTQ persons. Then Police Chief James Riter + Detective Neely can be referred to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts POST Commission for permanent recertification as police officers. Karma is catching up with these two corrupt cops...it's long overdue.
