Tenorshare SCAM* TENORSHARE Bricked My Phone, Caused Me To Lose All My Data DO NOT BUY Internet

Tenorshare was advertised to help a specific phone problem I was having. I paid for their software hoping for help. The software bricked my phone, I lost all of my data from this, and they wouldn't give me a refund.

I've been trying to come to an agreement with their customer service for a week now. In the end, they are not going to refund me.

This is frustrating because it's someone overseas only responding late at night.

I am so upset by losing all of my pictures and having everything ruined.

The Software is a gigantic scam. DO NOT BUY
