Sold us a waterlogged $80,000.00 5th Wheel 7 weeks ago. We've had to retain a lawyer because Thrills purposely neglected to disclose the extreme water damage due to burst pipes. We can easily confirm they knew, yet they are still denying knowledge. They don't want this RV back!! The Indiana Attorney General has asked us for a report!
To top off our experience with Thrills, Jared FORGED my signature on GAP insurance (that we didn't require) and kept the money. It never went to the insurance company and it was never returned. My signature was also forged on an extended warranty contract. Both companies are investigating.
Other than that, they were lovey, even apologized for the blood and urine stained mattress hiding underneath the brand new mattress cover. They were also super sorry that the overwhelming toxic smelling cleaning detergent was disguising cat sprayed furniture. There's a smell you can't get out! This is a nightmare, we are full-timers. You decide if they are who you want to do business with.
We will be pressing charges over the forgeries, wire fraud and theft of the Gap money. The extended warranty company is sending the rebate directly to us because they do not trust thrills to do the right thing and not just keep the money. This shady company is being investigated by numerous agencies now.

Since you apparently didn't even bother to check out this thing before you bought it, its a good bet you didn't even bother to READ what you were agreeing to BEFORE you agreed to it and you bought it "AS IS".

It is unclear why anyone would consider purchasing a vehicle emitting an “overwhelming toxic smelling cleaning detergent.” You disregarded a huge smelly red flag.
