Russel Yawger failed to yield at a red light, attempting to turn the wrong way, on a one way at, broadway and 12th in Denver Colorado. November 18th at 10am Russel Yawger hit Jacob Kotarski with his company work truck. Then got out and was very rude about it.
Jacob got YAwger info including photos of Yawgers ID registration insurance, truck etc. but Yawger has told his insurance he denies the allegations, even though there are multiple witnesses and a resulting personal injury. Jacob needs help holding Yawger responsible for personal and property damages..
