Townsquare Interactive is a massive scam and fraud. They operate a large telemarketing boiler room in an effort to trick unsuspecting business owners in to thinking they will market them on Google. They do not provide any real services, they just take your money and tell you that they are "working on your account" when they are actually doing nothing at all except for billing you each month. You can find their website here: https://townsquareinteractive.com/

Townsquare Interactive has hundreds of negative reviews all over the internet that they have paid thousands of dollars to try and cover up. Their Yelp account alone is a horrific look at the terrible things they do to business owners who already have small budgets to begin with.

To take the money of a struggling business owner by telling them they are going to get them more clients online, and then do nothing but steal money from them, is a terrible vile thing to do. You can find their Yelp page here and see the horror stories: https://www.yelp.com/biz/townsquare-interactive-charlotte-5

Townsquare Interactive is nothing more than a massive telemarketing scam. They use fraudulent documents to lure people in and then get their credit card info and bill them over and over again. Their sales people lie and pretend that they are connected to Google when they are nothing more than a sketchy boiler room scam.

If you are a current customer of Townsquare Interactive I would suggest that you cancel your account immediately as they are doing nothing more than stealing your money. Leave them a review on the BBB and Yelp to let others know.

Many Ex Employees of Townsquare Interactive have taken to Glassdoor to expose the company for what they are, a total fraud and a scam. Sales people are put under immense pressure to sign people up and make them lie and cheat in order to make the sale. Townsquare forces its employees to commit fraud on a daily basis.

Once they get your credit card information, you will likely never hear from them again, and you better believe they are not putting in a day of work towards getting you company more clients.

The Townsquare Interactive scam uses a myriad of illegal telemarketing techniques like robo dialing, auto dialers, press 1 campaigns and much much more. They also illegally obtain email lists to target unsuspecting business owners.

I implore you, stay far away from this company or they will steal your money and bleed you dry. This is one of the biggest telemarketing scams in the world right now and it just keeps getting worse. Stay away from Townsquare Interactive.

So up until very recently I worked at Townsquare Interactive. My first week working there something just seemed really off. Everyone there just seemed very tense. Management is very secretive and weird about everything going on within the comapny, and the sales deparment is one of the most bizarre things I have ever experienced.

So in a nutshell, after a few more weeks, I come to learn that all this company is, is a sales department. Meaning, they sign small businesses up on a lot of promises that they never deliver, and never even intend to deliver. I'm no angel, and have made my share of mistakes in life, but I have never seen anything like this in my life. Townsquare Interactive is unreal. I mean the amount of deception and scamming going on here is beyond anything I thought was possible.

I only worked here for a month but in that time I can tell you what I saw was surreal. Sales people working on commission doing ANYTHING to close the deal. These people would con their own mother if it meant an extra dollar in their bank account. And the whole thing is fueled by a sales management that encourages the lies and deception in order to sign more people up for a service that is not real.

I am not surprised to see this report here, as well as the massive Yelp page filled with one star reviews from angry business owners who have discovered their deception.

As the original poster has written here, I can confirm that Townsquare Interactive is a massive telemarketing scam. They make a lot of claims on how they will market you, bring you more business, this that and the other thing, but the truth is, once they have your credit card, they don't do a single thing but bill you each month.

This is one of the biggest telemarketing scams I have ever seen. Each month they bill thousands of peoples credit cards under the guise that they doing this technical work to market you online, but it's all smoke and mirrors. They literally justs say what you want to hear, and never do any of the actual work.

Townsquare Interactive should be ashamed of what they are doing, it is insane to me that these people have not been shut down for ochestrating this massive scam. I really feel bad for anyone who has been effected by this and hope that everyone can find this post and learn what is going on.

And lets not forget their Yelp listing: https://www.yelp.com/biz/townsquare-interactive-charlotte-5

Almost 100 negative reviews detailing the horrible things they do to these poor business owners.
