Trajector Medical VETCOMANDPEN & VA CLAIM PROS Constant deflection and dissension towards acquiring assistance. Newberry FL
*BEWARE* In lieu of providing an undeniable, extensive, flowing, well-documented narrative that reflects reprehensible, unchanging patterns of deflection and dissension throughout the entire process that commenced in March of 2022. The first pattern of deflection is the well-documented emails back-and-forth between multiple Trajector employees from Friday, March 18, 2022, through Wednesday, November 22, 2023, that perpetually ask for documents that have been sent and verbally confirmed received by proactively calling and speaking with individuals stating to be supervisors. The requested documents have been sent via direct email and the secure server to no avail on too many occasions. The customary habitual responses to the missing Decision(s) letter are:

“We’re missing pg. 2!”

“We didn’t receive all the pages!”

“Do you have the submission confirmation?"

“Who did you send it to?"
However, the inability to handle certain requests, such as appropriate times to call, returning calls, and even providing the contracted services at all, has become exhausting. Repeated requests to discuss these issues have been completely ineffective. I find it necessary to discontinue this one-sided professional relationship that lacks accessible effort. I have since sent a certified receipt letter requesting immediate termination of the contract and the removal of personal information.
Conclusion: Don’t ignore the initial red flags because they will be a constant, unchanging pattern. Therefore, I must expect complete dissolution from Trajector Medical.
