Around the end of May 2020 I purchased 5 small, flat 2" x 2.5" packets:
Sea monkey eggs, food and vitamins for my aquarium. Each about $6. I expected a highly protective package, espeically for the eggs, because I was charged $16 for shipping, but instead received my order in a common letter envelope, with 2 common postage stamps on it !
The eggs didn't hatch either. I sent an email to them last week, and today. No response yet.

A representative contacted me, took my report, said nothing about the shipping charge correction on the website. He Did send me new packets of 2 eggs and 2 water purifier. It's satisfactory.

Since I discarded my receipt, to see the shipping cost I made an incomplete mach purchase. They were charging $16 for shipping. Meaning to add evidence photos, I checked my bank statement. They charged me $8 for shipping, which is still a lot. My purchase date correction is June 8. I also compared prices with retailers, finding them to be cheaper on initial price. ?! Also their packet called "purifier" is misleading. It's actually a conditioning mix the eggs need to hatch. I did not buy that before I knew, as I bought purified water instead of buying/using the purifier.
