I made my purchase 6/27. I followed up 7/10 and he said he would mail it out 7/11. A week later it still showed pending payment. I reached out again on Friday at noon and received a response on a Monday saying he didn’t work weekends and to reach back. Another week passes and he says he will mail it out Friday or Saturday when he’s already said he didn’t work weekends. These products are to help people. When he’s posting online he’s saying it could help with diabetes and other big health problems. His products range in price all the way to $1000.00. When I told him that I hope he doesn’t treat the person who is really sick the with the level of service I got, he responded whining about being a business owner and that I have no idea what it’s like. You’re right, I don’t but 1. I’m not and 2. He provided a timeframe that he didn’t follow. When I finally got the product 1 month later it’s not what’s posted in his website and he sent what looks like a brick of crap in plastic with no instructions. At this point I don’t trust the products and I know he will not make it right. No regard for the fact that people work hard for the money they send to buy his products. He only wants your money and who cares what you get.
