USAA USAA will not provide a chargeback for product that the merchant cannot provide San Antonio Texas
I purchased plants from Burgess of Bloomington IL on 2/21/2020 and they should have shipped for seasonal planting in early March.
As of 5/3/2020, they have not shipped the product and they can no longer ship the product at the appropriate time. I found out too late that they have a horrible reputation with the BBB and nearly everywhere else, and they are impossible to contact.
i requested a chargeback with USAA and they refused, they suggested that I work it out with the Merchant. If you read about anyone else having this problem with Burgess, their credit card companies have stood behind them.
I find myself needed the exact sort of protection that a credit card is supposed to provide and USAA is coming up way short.
