Westcor Land Title Company Denied a valid title insurance claim Winter Park Florida
My CC&r's are being challenged and changed through fraud. Westcor has repeatedly denied my claim which they claim is over a boundary fence. My neighbor put a fence in the middle of the common area of our condo to prevent mitigation and inspection of utility theft. This is not about a fence whatsoever. Westcor keeps coming up with ridiculous reasons to deny a valid title insurance claim.
If those cc&r's are changed, my lender will call my note due, and I will never be able to sell my home with no CC&r's. My insurance will be cancelled as well. They said that I allowed the "risk." I don't see how that is possible, I sued to enforce my duly recorded cc&r's and they did nothing to help. Horrible company. Do not get insurance through this company.

- What are the specific CC&R's being changed and how exactly would this result in basically you not being able to insure it or maintain a mortgage? Why do you seem to be the only person affected? What about the rest of the community?

- If you claimm there is some form of Utility theft involved did you contact the proper authorties? Did they also see your claims as ridiculous?
This is not about a fence whatsoever.
- Of course it is about a fence, as it is this fence that seems to be the catalyst over your entire complaint.

- The fact is that you consider them "ridiculous" because they are not seeing it your way. But perhaps you can tell us some of the specific resons they have said they are denying your claim.

- That is not their job. They are not some attorney referal service or council to try and help you fight a change in the CC&R's. Apparently you seemed to have lost that case, perhaps they were not the only one who saw your claims as ridiculous.
