Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

May 11,2022, I purchased a 2012 E550 Mercedes from a dealer in Marietta and financed through Westlake Financial. The also sold a warranty. I started having problems with the car in June. Carfax report indicated the car was in good shape and had been maintained. When i took it to the service department, the entire car was junk.Repairs exceeded the value and amount owed on the car. Bad Engine,Bad transmission,Rust underneath, leakinf fluids, smoking, needed motor mounts replaced, bad batteries, four quarts oil low, every major thing was wrong with this car. The maintenance tech knew something was wrong and couldn't figure out why a car with 110k miles would have this many major problems. The cost of repairs were 25,801.90. I would have needed to come out of pocket 16,000.00 plus pay 402.00 per month plus pay full coverage insurance. I decided to do some research to learned that the car had been scrapped by the dealer three times prior to my possession. The car should have been sold for parts and should have never been driven on the road. This put my life in harms way. I would have felt better if the finance company totalled it out rather than send to the auction. I felt scxammed by the dealer and finance company and it appears that they are in this criminal activity together. Westlake need s to get their money back from the dealer not me. Eventhough I've tried to work it out with both of them, no favorable results. I have many documents about this car and much certified mail where I sent to both of them. How low down can one get, I'm a soon to be 78 year old female.Who does this but a criminal. Never paid a dime towards warranty but kept my money, has affected my excellent credit. I feel robbed and ignored by both. Robbed of downpayment 2000. plus several car notes.

If you would have done your research, you would have seen used Mercedes just like BMW'S and Range Rovers are nothing more than an industrial strength money pit. Secondly, your problem is with the dealer. The lender does not run the dealership. All the lender does is finance the car. Thirdly, this is a subprime deadbeat lender to whom you were PLACED because YOUR CREDIT is so bad, no bank would touch you. So what do you do? YOU fail to make payments on this car and YOU cause a repo. Again, if you would have performed research, you would have learned CarFax is NOT ACCURATE! Interestingly enough, you fail to disclose why the warranty company failed to cover the repairs. You also don't list your experiences during the test drive, if you even had the COMMON SENSE to take one. Finally, you can put away the sympathy card about gender and age as well as this STUPID ASSERTION there was collusion to simply pick on you for this piece of junk which if you had done research, maybe you wouldn't have bought it in the first place. Oh yes, let me save you the effort. Don't bother saying it. I don't work for either entity.
