The idea of using this app initially excited me, but then I realized that anyone you send a bill to will resell it to other influencers. When I contacted brands through their email offerings, none of them had heard of them. That's when I realized they were reselling contact information. Additionally, their customer service team is not helpful or respectful. My time was wasted after being referred by the founder. Keep this third party out of your business by sending invoices yourself! I have found all influencer billing apps to be counterproductive. Because they provide a collection agency, I thought this one was different. The concept is sound, but the execution is poor. The customer service team has not taken my concerns seriously and has not been able to provide satisfactory solutions. Moreover, they have been unresponsive and disrespectful during interactions. The company also seems to be relying heavily on marketing tactics that are misleading and deceptive in nature. I believe these practices are unacceptable and plan to take legal action.
