William Lane Architect DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY - HE NEEDS TO BE IN PROSECUTED!!!! STOLE Approximately $60,000 Horrible person and worst attitude I certainly will never recommend it. He uses some references from Miami Beach city to makes appointments with homeowners then pressures them into signing a "contract" to demand an outrageous "retainer" that you'll never see again. Sub contractors and ex-employees said Bill Lane hadn't paid them in months and threatened them with lawsuits for asking.
Read all of the "removed" reviews on yelp, google, and ripoff report that William Lane architect desperately tries to scrub off the internet.
