Becareful operates under many names to channel money through and is able to commit fraud.

(((REDACTED))) also works under (((REDACTED))) to make it seems they have staff, when dealing with them, she claimed she was in Accounts on the net she advertisers she is the chief of marketing.

They are clearly a very small business operating out of home and haveing a virtual office, and it doesnt seem they have any staff, despite what they say or claim.

(((REDACTED))) committed Fraud and lied and stole $35,000 from me , claiming he had a celebrity interested and another celebrity confirmed for a charity event which was meant to raise and donate $40,000.

having no eveidence of any celebrity confimation, (((REDACTED))) continued to lie, claiming that the celebrities were confirmed, and that the $35,000 was in escrow and will go the the celebrity as a deposit, yet, with no interests to the event or no confimation, as we have seen proof from the actual agent, (((REDACTED))) Pockest the money despite having a contract from him stating the money is for the celebrity, he then put it in his pocket claiming it was a retainer. How convienient any excuse to try and come up for a reason to steal the money. From deposit to retainer? He lied for 6 months, leading me on with rubbish and he believes he wants to be paid for fraud?

Clearly with his history, he has no money and has been broke, and tries to steal money to cover his expenses and his business is not successful or credible in any way.

He claims he has a A+ rating and been credible for 30 years? let the evidence speak for itself.

 After committing fraud, we posted the truth online, (((REDACTED))) retaliated and posted slander on me and my company , and he went further to hire an attorney to sue?

He hired a attorney Sam Sherman, Sam sent threatning Letters, claiming we have destroted the evidence and he applied for a restraining order so i cannot contact them anymore and ask for the money.

He now claims he has put a complaint to sue in court as we have destroyed the credibility of (((REDACTED)))

Is he for real?

The truth is legal to post, we are so tempted to hit him over the head with a law book for being such an idiot. Not to mention his client has committed fraud and posted slander online, and he claims he will walk in a court and claim his client was honest and credible?

Is the court system in the US that primitive and gullable?

Sam Sherman originally had on his website www.tencersherman.com that he specialized in liquidation, thats changed now he specializes in employment? If your not good at one thing what makes you think you will be good at another?

He has only just started his business of january 2014 and has already landed on www.rippoff.com,  good work.

If you have a look on his website all the reviews are on his partner, no wonder Sam needs to start being honest and credible to recieve on review that is not on here.

I think Both (((REDACTED))) and Sam are just as bad as eachother, one committing fraud, and the attorney advising not to pay the money back, and to sue the person you stole money from? Seriously? 

They both need to be locked up and handed slippery soaps in the showers.

So be warned, look at (((REDACTED))) history he is a scammer do not do any business with him whatsoever, and if you want honest and credible advise ? personally i would not be using Sam Sherman fromwww.tencersherman.com .

We will continue to post weekly until the money is repaid in full, we will also send letters to (((REDACTED))) neighbors of work and home, he need to stop being such a show off and claim he is connected with celebrities, he claims he knows everyone in the industry? Really (((REDACTED))) its funny, no one knows you actually your un heard of, we also checked his entire data base, he is not an agent to any celebrity he adverstisers.
