1-800-ePharmacy Arctic White [email protected] ripoff company debited my account without permission-overdraft charges $30.00 plus-no money-life threatening illness, can't go to hospital Salt Lake City Utah
I was trying to get a "free" Dell laptop or Bose stereo-and I had to order 2 products from each of 3 screens. The products got more & more expensive, with compulsory rebuys & outrageous terms! My bank gave me a phone number along with the ePharmacy number-but it was a repetative recording. Somehow I did phone them and got cancellation info.
I got a strange email from Roger Hendrix at [email protected]. The subject was: When you were offline (via LivePerson). No IP address-unable to connect. Roger "Ripoff" Hendrix was responding to a simple email from me--I said I was considering trying Arctic White to fulfill one of the requirements to get a free product. Will the 3 day trial count or do I have to use the whole seven days of the whitening product? (Which cost about $70.00 MORE!) I thanked them for a quick response.
Six days after this email, I am still waiting for that quick response. I never knew these low lifes debited my account for $6.95, which caused a $30.00 overdraft, and now my account is $31.05 in the whole.
I have a very rare, serious platelet disease. I NEEDED that money for emergencies, and now I have one. My platelet count is very low, my platelets form webs in my veins and capillaries & they chew up my red cells. I have 2 children, 15 & 8. That money would have gotten them to my sisters while I was in the hospital--by ambulance. I can't go to the hospital till I get my children to my sisters and I have no gas money because of the bastards at Arctic White & 1-800-ePharmacy, etc. My counts could (and have) dropped so low overnight, that if I hadn't been in the hospital, I would have died. I pray to the Lord that I'm here in the morning for my children. I hope I can find someone to take my children to my sisters, but I've been trying all day and it doesn't look good. I HATE THESE COMPANIES WHO HAVE NO CONSCIENCE & WILL TAKE YOUR LAST DIME. HOPE THEY ROT!!!

Occasionally, one of our affiliates will use our free trial offers as part of a free gift offer in conjunction with other company's free trial offers. While we do not know exactly which affiliate has made this offer, it is impossible that Mary could have ordered our product without knowing the free trials have a $6.99 S & H fee; that amount must be charged to the customer's account prior to shipment. Also, the terms and conditions of the trial offer clearly stipulate the time frame allotted for returns to avoid the trial expiration fee. Went back to the helpmyorder.com site & clicked on About Us. Found SLC means Salt Lake City, Utah. The address I gave as "Product Returns" is the Corporate Office. Their phone number is 1-801-277-8600. Their fax number is 1-561-760-0112.
