10224128 Alberta LTD Crawford Illegal eviction/Slumlord Pincher Creek Alberta
Rented a Building from this gentlemen and his Company. Would Not Give rent payment receipts Paid him $4750.00. Rented between Dec 2017 to febuary 28 2018. Rent was 1500 per month. Plus utlites On many occasions he entered the building without our permission after hours/during hours to complain becuse heaters where on or bay door way open. Febuary 28th 2018. He gained entry to the building amd changed lockes. March 1st. Illegally evicted us from the building without any kind of notice. Held contents of building for 4 days. Much more aswell! He only did this so he had a place to work on his equipment. Building will not be back up for rent until october 2018. (Winter Months) just so he can rent it to someone and illegally evect them come spring. This is only a Cash Crab! Not the 1st time this has happened! Scammed us out of nearly 5 Grand!!! Slumlord! We are so glad we did not build any office space/room in this building as this man wanted us to do so on our dime!
