Charter Communications has somehow successfully filed a fraudulent unpaid debt owed by me for 1,155.00 and sold it to Enhanced Recovery Company. Enhanced Recovery Company which owe 2 out of 4 of my delinquent accounts reflected on my TransUnion credit report. One is Charter Communications for 1,155.00 and the second one is for T-Mobile for 253.00 and both are 100% incorrect and false. Reasons for supporting claims: As for T-Mobile - I Do not like contracts and never had one with t-mobile although I did have one with Verizon which I paid outrageous amounts monthly then soon figured I can get the same service with a good prepaid phone company for 60 bucks a month with no contract and I never went back to contract again. I have been doing prepaid for 8 years now. Charter Communications - I did have an account for 1 year. I overpaid them and closed my account. They sent me my overcharged balance in a 75.00 check a year later before they changed their name to Charter Communications. That was over 10 years ago. Charter Communications does not service the area I currently reside at, spectrum does and I am in excellent standing with Spectrum. I have never been late and I have never missed a payment.
