123Notary.com Jeremy Belmont Charged me for a listing and once I paid he moved my listing placement way down on the list. This is a bait and switch game Los Angeles CA
Jeremy Belmont is so unprofessional and he sells you a listing 123 Notary, and once you pay and agree to the placement spot, he then sells your spot to someone else for more money and then moves you down on the list.
Jeremy Belmont justifies this by saying this is his site and he can do whatever he wants. Then when you call your credit card to dispute the charge and the credit card gives your money back he loses his mind and puts one of his friends in the business up to hiring you to close a loan.
Once you are at the closing table with the plant/Jeremy's friends in the business, they provoke you, talk about you and make fun of you to your face and threaten you at the closing table. Then they tell you they are not going to pay you for your services rendered.
This is how Jeremy Belmont rolls.
I have never in my life met such a stange individual.
My credit card gave me a refund because they have the opinion his business tactics are shady.
Jeremy then threatens people that are fed up with his scamming tactis, because he is so worried that the truth will be known about him taking advantage of hard working notaries.
Buyer beware of the bait and switch game called 123notary.com.
