Unfortunately I had already ordered other flowers so that my mom would actually receive something. I still want a refund at least to cover the replacement flowers I ordered. Plus I'm afraid they'll keep charging my card as I've read on this site that has happened with other victims of this company. I never heard back from them so I never expected her to receive the flowers. Now what do I do? I have to amend numerous police reports with different agencies and I don't know if them sending flowers 6 days late counts for anything with the police.
