183rd Dental Group Complained about wait time and Dr. asked me to leave his office Miami Florida
After 3 hours waiting on my first visit and them knowing I was in pain because a filling broke and had a huge hole on my tooth, they did not perform any work. They just "evaluated" my teeth. I came back next day first appointment. I was there 10 minutes prior to them opening. The Dr. came in 5 minutes after nine. I see other patients pass and here drilling being done so I stand up ask why Dr. not seeing me if I was first and already waiting for an hour. They asked me to continue waiting. Dr. comes in and hands me a "refund check" saying that he knows I am not comfortable with their service and staff and that I need to get out of his office and find another dentist. I was furious and did not leave until they handed me copies of my x-rays done the day before and copy of my chart. I honestly think this Dr. and ALL of his staff are racist. I am a white Hispanic female and everyone in that office was African American or Haitian. I had two people after me the day before and where let in prior to me and serviced on. Today, like I said I was the first one and they started performing work on another patient. The Dr. needs to have manners. He was rude and unprofessional. I missed 2 hours of work yesterday and 2 hours of work today. I don't get paid for those 4 hours. It was a waste of my time and this man needs to be reported.
