Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I too am a victim of 1stmeds rip off scam. They got me for $130.00 like many other people. I only wish I knew of this bad business bureau before I got ripped off. I tried cancelling immediately after ordering.

They kept asking me to be patient assuring me they were not going to rip me off. To make a long story short, this refund problem has been going on now for 2 months, now they don't even reply to my messages anymore.

Their email address they gave me is no good, and the phone number they post on the website never answers. Please help me stop this comapany from ripping off more people like myself.

A happy customer for 3 years

I have been a 1stmed customer for over three years. Their prices are fair and I have gotten my deliveries on time. I would be willing to bet that many of the disgruntled customers were looking for pain pills and did not have the proper paperwork. This is not a site to get non prescription pain pills. They follow the laws like other doctors. They also want proof of who you are, and frequent updates but if you are self employed with no insurance as I am they have fair prices for their medications.

this company deducts money for your prescription from your credit card and then takes weeks to ship. So you are out your money for 3 weeks with no answers as to why they have not shipped. You are in distress without the prescription you need and no ont there will do their job to find out what the hold up is or when they will ship what you paid for already. Steer clear of this internet ripp off artist.

RE: Refund - usually quicker than chargebacks

#5REBUTTAL Owner of company

Please note we do everything we can to resolve refund issues, If a customer receives medications and we have proof EG tracking numbers we will dispute the chargeback, Customers that have NOT spoken to the doctor and wish to have a refund will be refunded and usually takes between 5 to 7 days, Refunds are usually quicker than chargebacks, Once a request for a chargeback has been received its usually too late to do a refund at the same time, hence us double paying someone twice, To avoid situations like the above its always best to ask for a refund prior to any services that we may give you. We do our best to deal with every situation individually and its in our interests to give customers their refunds promptly as its our reputation at stake. If a customer happens to fill out the order form and presses the order button twice, there is a possibility that you will get double charged, Usually our merchant bank automatically deletes the second order as a mistake, our new merchant does this as apposed to our old account which we had to do manually, we stopped using paysystems' due to the problems we experienced with them, such as slow card processing, slow at doing refunds and generally trying to get hold of them trying to deal with refunds. We would also like to point out that we now have a new team member who dedicates some of her time to dealing with refunds during the day. Anyone who wishes to have a refund should contact our customer service department at [email protected] Customers must also note that from time to time we are busy and it can take between 24 to 48 hours to speak with our state registered Doctor for a consultation, Our doctor will attempt to call you throughout the day and if he cannot contact you, your details are passed on to booking department who will try to arrange to make an alternate time with you for the doctor to call you again, Our booking staff are constantly calling out to customers who have missed the doctors calls, we currently have a list of 300 customers who are never in to answer the phone, as a result our doctor now works evenings and weekends to clear the back log, If we are unable to contact you after 30 days we then do a refund, But customers are urged to contact us if they wish NOT to have a consultation as we can then take you off our list. Doing this will save us a lot of time and will enable us to dedicate more time to people who do urgently need a consultation. We do make every effort to do our job to the best as we can, and we urge customers to help us at the same time. I do apologise to anyone who may have experienced any problems and I hope that we can get them resolved for you, to help us with your enquires, make sure you email any information that you think may help, EG Order ID numbers copy of emails etc. I hope the above helps Best regards, 1stmeds.com
