Dittos on taking the $ and running. I cancelled before I even attempted to schedule and immediately requested a refund. It's obvious that they're just a scam! I noticed something about "nasty e-mails" being immediately deleted. I haven't done that, but that should indicate something a bit strange. I politely asked for a refund more than once, to no avail.
My bank cancelled my debit card and will send a form to investigate; however, I don't feel positive about getting a refund.
Please find these trolls and shut them down!
Does anyone have any current info re an investigation on them?
