2-10 Home buyers Warranty 2-10 home warranty- This business is a SCAM 13900 East Harvard Ave. Aurora CO Colorado
Unfortunately i received a home warranty through 2-10 home warranty when i purchased my townhouse this year. In June of this year my AC heat pump quit running. Hot day with internal temperature in my house of 86. I called 2-10 home warranty and then being told that i would have to use a heating and cooling compnay in "their network". They gave me one bogus company that would not return my telephone call after trying for 36 hours. I was then given the name of a company out of Charlottesville which is 100 miles away and a 3 day wait for a service call. Due to the urgency of getting the AC running, i had to use a company that was "out of their network" for the heat pump replacement. I was told at this time that the furnace needed to be replaced as well. I notified 2-10 home warranty and after being jerked around, pushed around, and generally disrespected, i was told they would cover nothing on the replacement. How conveniently this worked out for 2-10. They pitch me bogus repair companies then refuse to pay when you have to use companies outside of their network. This is a fraudelent company pure and simple. I have filed complaints with the BBB and other resources. There needs to be a real estate law that real estate agents must better explain how this company operates. It's rating on better company is a measly 2.9. How does anyone work for this company.
