2-10 Home Buyers Warranty Covered immediately? Nationwide
In a nutshell. Called 2/10 Home Warranty to renew my expired warranty with a coupon they had sent to me. I asked the representative when will this take effect? He told me today. I told him I thought it was 30 days. He said no it will be immediate. The next day my AC went went out. I filed a claim, paid the service technician the service fee of $75 and was told I needed a new unit. Claim denied due to pre-exiisting condition. The freon charge that was done two years ago. When my husband spoke to one of their representatives he was told we were still in the 30 day waiting period! Fraud plain and simple!
