Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
First off you fill out their application and they say you are approved for a loan, you read all their notices and see there is a $19.00 application processing fee that will be taken out of your bank account as long as you check accept.

What they don't tell you is after they take the 19.00 out and send you an email saying you have been denied a loan, they take an additional $44.00 out of your bank account a day later with no explanation on why this amount has been taken out of your account.

I read all their notices and regulations and not once did it say anything about taking out $44.00. I know $44.00 is not alot of money but I belive if they take 44.00 from each person this how they are making their money, and if we don't do something about it now they will keep taking money from other people who are not expecting it, just their $19.00 application fee.

Notice is right on the Website

Again, to all potential applicants, our application fee is in plain view on the website and any applicant can leave at ANY point in the application process without incurring any charges whatsoever. However, if an application is actively submitted, the application fee will be charged. Saying that we don't advise of the application fee until after one applies is crazy. If this were true, we would have been shut down many years ago. 200CASH.COM, INC.

People reading this do not use this company. There are payday loans places that do not charge use them. They wait till after you apply to tell you about the fee then deny the loan. What company needs to give loans when they can just steal your mony.

Rebuttal - App Fee was NSF

Mr. Fergerson (Chester), the application fee of $19.00 you are referring to was processed on 2/15 after receiving not ONE but TWO applications from you. This debit was returned NSF and unpaid. As posted in our agreements and separately on the website in plain view, we charge a $25 NSF fee for ALL returned items. $19 + $25 = $44. We strongly encourage you to READ the notices, postings and agreements before generating work for businesses such as ours.
