OK, seriously dude, it's time to get with it a little bit. Read your contracts a little better and get over it, it's a months worth of dues, at least it's not a year or something. It will cost you well over the months worth of dues to hire an attorney and all that jazz.

The reason businesses have contracts is to be consistent with everyone. If you didn't like the policy, you shouldn't have joined. It does take them at least a little time to delete your records and stop your billing, especially when they use another billing company. They're not sitting around waiting for you to call or go by so they can immediately cancel you. You've contacted "several attorneys"? Get over it.
