247 allstate locksmith Rude, Disrespectful RIP OFFS!!! Scottsdale Arizona
My husband called them because he locked the key in our truck. They told him on the phone it would be $50 for them to open our truck. The guy got to us in 15-20 minutes. After he unlocked our truck he told us we owed him $115... What the ****??? He then had my husband call the guy back that he originally talk to on the phone to confirm he told us it would be $50 because he refused to believe us. A women answered the phone and was extremely rude right off the bat and then put my husband in hold without even warning him. She then came back on and continued to argue with my husband and would not let him speak to the original man he spoke to. And then she HUNG UP on my husband. We refused to pay the $115 and gave the guy the $50 se we're told it would cost. My husband tried apologizing to the man and shake his hand but the guy was rude and did not accept his apology or shake his hand and just drove away!!! These people are EXTREMELY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and they are a complete rip off. I would highly suggest NEVER giving them business and suggest talking everyone else you know about them.
