24/7 Atlanta Locksmith Emergency Locksmith Broke my car window/ charged excessive amount Omaha Nebraska
I called this company to get a key out of my car. I asked how much the service would be. They told me on the phone "A 15 dollar transportation fee and a 35 dollar service fee". When the guy arrived he told me it would cost $165. I told him I only had $60 and that I was told $50 on the phone. He told me he would "do it" for $60 even though it was more than I was originally quoted. I said yes since I was late for work.
Two days later, I use my driver seat window for the first time since the lockout (the window he used to get the key out) and it is completely broken and falls to the bottom of the door.
I call this company telling them it is no coincidence that the same window they used to get the key out breaks the first time I use it since the lockout and they tell me "this is not our problem, we had nothing to do with this. It is not our responsibility to have it fixed for you".
I even told them..."what are the odds that the exact window you use breaks the first time I try to use it after the lockout?" They still claimed they had nothing to do with it.
I would recommend never ever using this company. They obviously have no respect for honesty or personal property.
