247 Downloads RIPOFF!!! their programs don't work; no live tech support and can't get a refund! Internet
After joining 247 Downloads.com, I treed to use the file finder they give you to download files from. I could never get this to work, even after trying everything listed in the directions and trouble shooting manual. Also, I found it very annoying that they don't provide nor offer any live tech support via phone or internet. I'd emailed them numerous times with my home phone nuber included in hopes that a rep. from the company would call me so that I could have the problem resolved. I never received any type of communication back from them. I just received an email I'd send about a month ago requesting a refund and my receipt came back as it was never even opened. Also, when you enter the members part of the web site they also offer such programs as kazaa, limewire, imesh and etc. which can easily be downloadsed for free anyway... I was hopiing that by paying $35.00 for a 2yr. membership that I would be able to download files that were legal to do so.
