2K Games is a game developer. They have a series of popular basketball games called NBA 2K. I bought the lastest game, NBA 2K16, a week ago, the same day the game came out.

For the game, you can also buy in-game currency, VC (Viritual Coins), which you can use to make your basketball player better, buy basketball cards to create a team with, etc.

I bought 75.000 VC for €19.99 via the Playstation app on my iPhone. The money was wired from my creditcard and the transaction was complete, but I did not recieve my 75.000 VC.

I contacted 2K the next day and they replied to me with a request for proof of my purchase. So I made some screenshots, sent it to them and have not heard from them ever since.

I contacted the Dutch customer support service of 2K two days ago, and they said the US team was working on it and that was it. The US support team then sent me an automated message about how I sent them a duplicated ticket (because I contacted the Dutch support team about the same thing, since it doesn't look like the US team is gonna fix this anytime soon).

It will be exactly 7 days tomorrow, in which I have been trying to get my VC or money back from 2K. They don't reply to my e-mails, they didn't give me my VC, they didn't give me my money back.

I'm tired of it. I just want my VC or my money back. As simple as that.
