I bought a Game called NBA 2K10 - which is a PC video game. and Consoles. The game was released back in Oct 27th 2009 - The game does not work, and most customers want there money back. We have been lied to by 2K sports for 4 months now on a "Fix it" patch that they say they are going to release to fix the game, but again all lies. Also the game servers do not work at all, and havent worked since day one. Alot of people are very angry and would like a refund for a broken game that doesnt work. We possibly will pursue legal action with a class action lawsuit pretty soon.
Dont trust 2K games and dont buy there products, they are the worst on the market. If you check there game forums on: www.2ksports.com you will see all the complaints from there customers on the forums.
We want answers as customers, and we want a refund for the game because it doesnt work!

Just to let you all know it is now March 4th, (5 months) after the intital game release of NBA 2K10 and still online does not work properly, and still no game fix it patch. Totally unacceptable business practice of this company 2k games, they really screwed there customers. Now there has been talk that a patch is still in the works and supposedly it has been sent to QA- Quality assurance to be tested, but there is no real release date for it. Even if a patch comes out now, 2k's fans and customers are so angry at buying a game thay have not been able to play properly for 5 months, and most have abandoned buying anymore of there games , including me.
So again, Buyer beware, please think long and hard before you buy a game, and research it for a few weeks online in forums before you actually go out and buy it, because you may not be too happy about losing another $65 dollars, or any ammount of money.

2k Sports also has repeatedly banned me and many people in there forums at www.2ksports.com because they dont want people bad mouthing them about there failed broken game. So any time that you post about it, they ban your remarks which is wrong because we have first ammendment rights in this country, its called freedom or press, freedom of free speech. It is now Feb 8th and still no resolution to 2K sports NBA 2k10 basketball game.
Very bad company, they should be sued. To all people and players and fans of 2K sports games, please DO NOT buy any of there games in the future, they lie about all there games, they never fix them, and you wont get a refund. trust me you would be better off without them, dont waste your hard earned money on there games.
also BOYCOTT all and any of there future titles by simply not BUYING there games anymore.
