Complaint Review: 3-D Solar Troy Yarborough - Odessa Florida

 This Report was cleverly designed to smear my reputation as both the ex co worker and 3D solar (David Ringo) are in business together, that said I have hundreds of happy customers that I can provide both written and video testimonial of and this rip off report was part of a campaign to smear my name and company as David Ringo owner of 3D solar did not want to pay me as I left his company.

David Ringo still Owes me 21400.00 also after finding out I started my own company after being Not paid by him and several other companies in this industry. that's when this report mysteriously surfaced, no name of the 80 year old customer was given, and the 5 customers David Ringo mentioned in his rebuttal were not given as well.

also David Ringo and 3D solar are notorious for not paying there employees and not delivering on promises do to lack of organisational skills, they have been in business 7 years as David Ringo bought the failing company from someone else. David Ringo is at best a solar installer.

Not a good business owner and certainly not a person with integrity or high moral standards. The challenge with this form and others like it is there is no investigation as to there truth and fake information is very damaging to both personal and professional reputations, also Companies and People like David Ringo pray on good people when they hire them with false promises and compensation.

for they know those in there employee have not the means to fight or resources as litigation would cost more than that is owed by them. Buyer and employee Beware 3D solar and David Ringo are not to be trusted.

Good evening.  Not sure how but, we are just seeing this post.  I send people to this site all the time to look at other solar companies and was floored to see us on here.  We did work with Troy Yarborough for 5 jobs before we saw what kind of person he was.  He should not be trusted and that is why I fired him.  He tells me that I was the first person to fire him and I have a hard time believing that.

 Please know that we are aware of only 5 jobs that he sold for 3D Solar.  I know all of them personally.  If your mother was sold by Troy and it was a contract from 3D Solar, we are unaware of it.  Please reach out to us if that is the case as we'd like to help out and see what we can do to fix your mom's situation.  We'd like to help even if it isn't on our contract.

 Here is a review on his new company and it is horrible.  Just so you know, Travis is our Sales Manager and as honest as the day long.  In the following review, they say Travis is the owner which is inaccurate but, his integrity is certainly intact.  

Please know that we want 3D Solar removed from this post as we are not to blame here.  We have fixed and resolved any issue that we know of from this guy.  If you know something we don't, please reach out to us.  We have never heard about this.  Also, please check us out on Angie's List and Google.  We are the highest rated solar company in Tampa three years in a row.  This is not how we operate our business.  We are here for the long run and are in our 7th year of operation.  

Do NOT buy from Troy Yarborough, owner of Southern Sky Solar. He's a con artist who prides himself on "selling the sizzle regardless of the grizzle" - his own words to an old co-worker. He was fired from 3-D Solar for unethical sales tactics. He scammed me when he was at SetUpMySolar (who I am still fighting with and will probably join a few other of their customers in a law suit against them - all having Troy as our salesperson).

Needless to say I don't recommend SetUpMySolar either. So because he's been fired from the last 2 solar jobs he's had, he started his own solar business. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS GUY! Ask anyone in the Solar Industry about Troy - he has quite the reputation. Go see Travis at 3D Solar. He's a stand up business owner with a passion for helping people.
