365 HOME WARRANTY $5000.00 Dollars. I Contacted Harry J. Bailey on the 08/22/2017. He Said my REBATE Check Would be in my Hands in 10 to 14 Days, I called them Constantly NO RETURN CALLS NO UPDATES OR NOTICES. They are IGNORING ME! EDISON Nationwide-New Jersey
I Had My Home Warranty with 365 Home Warranty for 3 Years. My AC Unit was Not Working Properly SO, I Called 365HOME WARRANT, For My AC UNIT is Covered Under My Policy. This Was on 07/14/17. Bruces Air Conditioning Came out & The TECHNICIAN WROTE on the REPORT That MY Evap Cooler is ROTTED& Compressor. Has Bad Valves Needs to REPLACE the SYSTEM. REPLACEMENT COST is $5000.00.
I Said NO PROBLEM I have a Warranty. Later That day a Individual From 365 Home Warranty Called & Said We Will NOT REPAIR Your AC It is Corroded.
I Contacted Harry J. Bailey on 07/18/17 & Told him of My PROBLEM. He Said he would look into it. On 07/22/17 he called & Said We Will NOT FIX YOUR AC.
I Told him I Wanted to TERMINATE my Policy. He said in 10 to 14 Days You will have the REBATE CHECK in you Hand.
I Still have NOT RECIEVED My CHECK & I Have Called NUMEROUS TIMES BUT I ALLWAYS GET THE RUN AROUND WITH THIS COMPANY.
