After purchasing 3dcart and loading the template I found that the template is different then what is shown.
So, I call tech support to see If I did something wrong. I was told by your tech support that the difference is custom coding and did not come with the template. That's not what the wed site showed.

I don't know but this seems and sounds like misrepresentation to me.
If 3dcart misrepresents a template, that leads me to ask "what else is misrepresented"?
Also this company does not give refunds even after being caught misrepresenting.
