I paid $50 up front on March 26 for a logo design (through credit card). The $50 package offers unlimited revisions. They sent me a preliminary logo on April 5. I sent them an email with some suggested changes on April 7. I have sent 2 reminders, but still have not received anything from them. Today is April 27. According to their website and their automated email message, they respond within 2 days. It has been over 20 days and still no response.

Hi folks I was skeptical about using fiftydollarlogo out of NY,NY after reading your reports and other online reports but by then it was too late, I had already given them my money! But what I found was a company that, although slow to respond, and plagued with system issues and an online help service that didn't meet up to my time zone, was a company that bent over backwards to satisfy my requirements. They take about 24-72 hours to get back to you with a logo design. However I did provide them with my old logo to start with. I bought the 12 logo package and have to tell you that first impressions were not good! I was feeling like maybe I should have just bitten the bullet and paid big bucks for a new logo. But I stayed the course. After reworking the logos and changing my vision several times throughout the process I was always given a product that moved me closer to my final product. I must have received and sent back for changes about 30 logos...It got to a point where I was starting to feel bad about how many changes I was making but theykept telling me it was ok and that it was their job to work with me until I was 100% satisfied - and they did. I was finally happy with the product and sent the request for my final file which as promised by them included extensions: ai, eps, PNG, Tiff, JPEG, and Photoshop Image. There was a delay in receiving my final files which had me nervous as when I was chatting with their online assistance they just vanished. However, I managed to get in touch with them again later that day and they appologised for losing me. They told me they were haveing server issues and sent me my final file within 15 min. In my opinion, this is a slow process but if you want a cheaper cost you have to understand why they are cheaper. No phone number, probably working out of someones home with contract designers if not doing it themselves and only an internet site to service you. Pretty cheap to set up and maintain - thus a savings to the consumer. Designing a logo is not something that happens quickly. It has to be right for the image of your company and has to tie into what it is you do. If you are starting from scratch it will take longer too. Be patient. Continue to talk with them through their online help dask. I spoke with them several times a day to get my logo right for me. From what I have read on this site most people thought that they would get their logo done right the first time. It doesn't work that way. And doing it online with only a help desk makes it harder too. You have to be very detailed in your explaination. Good luck to all of you I hope that you will find success in your businesses and in the development of your logos.
