800-603-8334 "Consumer Credit" "telemarketer" consumer rip-off Foulmouthed fraud nationwide
For several days, someone from the telephone number (800)603-8334 has been calling our home.
If the call wasn't answered in about three rings, "he" would just hang up. On the times I was (un)fortunate enough to speak with this person, he told me that his call was about my credit card application.
When I asked which bank/company he was affiliated with, he just repeated his company name - "Consumer Credit". I said I wasn't interested and hung up. He immediately called me back, so again I told him I wasn't interested and hung up.
A few hours later, he called again. Without saying anything to him (because I recognized that number on the caller ID), I just put the phone back down. Immediately he called back, and I just picked the phone up and held it to my ear, and here is what he said: "You fing b***h! You fing classless b***h! Why don't you go buy some manners?!!? I'll send you a gd quarter!!" Then he hung up!
Obviously, he is bothered because I didn't talk to him, but he should not have called back with all that language. Hopefully, no one else will have to endure this treatment. I hope this matter is resolved soon.

I too was getting weird 800 number calls on my cell phone (which makes it even stranger). I couldn't pick up the phone because the person would hang up after 2 or three rings. I tried calling the number back but kept getting a busy single. Finally, I got through to a ring. All that picked up was this creepy message on an old school answering machine that stated that I had reached "The Customer Service Dept" & that "someone would be calling me shortly." Spine-chlling! One afternoon, my cell rang right next to me & I saw the number come up so I grabbed it. Some "guy" who sounded pre-pubescent at best asked for me. I asked him who was calling & he said "Well, are you going to tell me if she is there or not?!?" I told him "Not until you tell me who you are first!" He said "Well, f*ck you, B*tch!" & hung up in my face. WHAT?!?! I was pissed needless to say. I called the 800 directory to get a company name, I called my phone company to get a block & I couldn't do anything without filing a police report. I swallowed it. A few night later, the same number pops up on my cell phone. I ran for it & handed it to my boyfriend (who knew about the previous calls). When he picked up, a nice lady answered & asked for me saying that she was from "Tele...something". I took the phone & asked her who she was with again & this time she said "ATSI Las Vegas" or something like that. At that time, I looked up both names that she gave me & found nothing but random companies that didn't seem to have anything to do with calls to me. I told her what this little piss had said to me & she apologized & took me "off the list". I haven't received a call since. It seems as though it is a couple of kids with a piece of sh*t phone hooked up to a phone line in someone's garage or something. BEWARE!
