800score.com GMAT or GRE Test Preparation with empty promises and NO customer service
Their slick website states that U.S. News and Business Week endoreses their service. They are the so-called low-cost alternative to more expensive services. Afterall, they are online. And they offer 24-hour support so if your studying at strange hours, they are not far away. The truth is their software is outdated.
Was able to log in a few times and been kicked out. Tried using their interface to contact support and it either does not work or they ignore my requests. I tried calling them and left them messages and no returned calls. Tried also email them an no replies.
Now I am going through Paypal to dispute the charges and hopefull can recover my money. In either case, I feel a duty to inform the public of this company's disappointing product and service. Go with a reputable organization, even if there is a greater cost. Consider self-study or a study group instead of this wasted company.
I tried researching reviews before buying and could not find any. Here is a first and if you find that you have been done wrong by these folks, add your review on here and other consumer review web pages.
In short: Don't waste your money or valuable time with 800score.com!
