I sent a check on June 25 for six throwback football jerseys for my son. The check was cashed on July 5. I sent numerous e-mails to the company and its owner Bobby Nooravi. I have received no jerseys and no refund. I got an e-mail from him on December 23 stating that my jerseys were sent and calling me a thief and a b*****d. I want a refund since I have been waiting for six months.

I emailed their website on 1/12/07,with no reply.I am out my $429.94, and I went to a reputable store this time, because my son really wanted them, so I actually spent a lot more on 6 throwback jerseys. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!My local police department and the Better Business Bureau of the Southland, and the California Department of Justice agree with me.

I filed complaints on 7/28 with the LA Better Business Bureau, my local police department(the case is listed under "Theft by Deception"),IC3,and the Office of the Attorney General of California. No jerseys were ever sent,and I am still out my $429.94.On 12/23 Bob sent me an email stating that I am a thief plus a b*****d.
