9278 Communications Bought their phone card good for 22 min calling time and it lasted only 12 min consumer rip-off fraud. This has happened with 3 of the 4$ phone cards purchased Bronx New York
I have been using calling cards for a long time to make calls to India from US. I purchased a few $4 cards supplied by NTSE or 9278 communications at a local grocer that sells them. I was aghast to find that 3 of the 5 cards I bought did not let me use the promised minutes to the call in India (the card promised 22 minutes of talk time) and I only got 12.
The call automatically disconnected after that. The grocer has a clear policy that they do not entertain any complaints on the card and that I should talk to the supplier direct.
After leaving messages for Sajid Kapadia the CEO of this business I have not received any response or a courtesy call to say that they would resolve the matter. I think this is bad business and rip off of customers paying hard earned money to buy a service that claims to be cost effective but proves to way more expensive than even the likes of SPRINT, AT&T. Please help in this matter.
