I have had so many problems with this dental office that I do not know where to begin and my story is almost unbelievable.

My teeth look worse now than when I first started to go there.

I have always had perfectly straight front teeth until after I started to go to this dental office.

They told me I needed several root canals so they took out some of my front teeth and replaced them.

I am going to focus on one particular tooth in my story because if I start to talk about every tooth they have done incorrectly it could take me awhile.

A couple of months ago a crown came out.

I made an appointment to have it fixed. Since, I have had a total of 11 appointments and still it is not fixed.

Appointment one- they made the crown once again and told me to come back in two weeks to have it put in.

Appointment two- after a two hour wait, I went in the crown was made incorrectly.

Appointment three- they did not have me on their schedule

Appointment four- I called the day before to make sure I was on the schedule they said everything ok come in. after an hour wait. The crown was made incorrectly once again.

Appointment five- The dentist called in sick. I was upset they could have called to let me know

Appointment six- They did not have me on the schedule. (I know for a fact I was scheduled every time they told me I was not.)

Appointment seven- I called to make sure I was on the schedule the day before- I went in They said I was not on the schedule.

Appointment eight- I waited for two hours. I was sitting in the waiting room and saw two ladies walk out extremely upset, one was yelling she would never go back there again. I was extremely patient with these people and after a two hour wait I told the receptionist that I could reschedule if there was a problem. She said no problem what so ever. When I went in the dentist was very upset he yelled at me stating he was on overtime and that I could have rescheduled. He gave me a shot that numbed my mouth and within a few minutes said opps sorry the crown does not fit reschedule. At this point I thought ok this has to be a joke. I thought maybe I was on totally hidden video or something. I was numb and very upset. When I went back up front to reschedule I saw the dentist with his bag and a big smile on his face (almost like he intentionally did it) and he walked out.

Appointment nine- I am sitting in the waiting room and I can see outside the window a man is smoking outside. An hour later I go into the dental office the man that was smoking outside is my dentist he puts in the crown.

Next day the crown falls out.

I call the office manager she never returns my call.

I make another appointment. Every time I go into this office I get a different dentist.

Appointment ten- the crown has not been delivered from the lab. I need to reschedule. One lady walks out upset yelling at the receptionist stating she wants her file mailed to her home.

Appointment eleven- after being at the dental office for four hours they finally put the crown back in, but this dentist said I would have to reschedule because the crown was made incorrectly.

I have called the office manager over and over again, only to get the receptionist tell me she is unavailable and will get back to me. She has not returned my call to this day.

The crown is in pain and my Question is how could I be in pain if I had a root canal done?

I walked into the office, the office manager hid in the back room and the receptionist told me she was unavailable.

Since then another one of my teeth has cracked that they worked on. I still call and leave messages they do not get back to me. I have paid this dental office thousands of dollars out of pocket and have always paid in full any work done at the time of the visit. I have lost several hours of work and am an hourly employee.

I am an extremely patient person and know people make mistakes, but this is just unbelievable. I cannot be anymore patient than I have already been.

I was talking about this situation at work and by coincidence

One of my co-workers also went to A+ Gentle Dental in Oceanside and had problems with her teeth. She is now at a different dentist.

I think this dental office is a fraudulent one and I know for a fact that a lot of people are having the same problem with this dental office.

After writing this today I can not believe just how patient I have been. I only went back because I did not want to have to pay another dentist for the same work that I have already paid for. Now I will be paying for the same dental work once again.

I will never go back to A+ gentle Dental.

Please write a letter of complaint to: Dental Board of California American Dental Association Delta Dental Your insurance company Will you also contact our local News stations? Negative media exposure will be the quickest way to best inform other innocent people of the shady and corrupt practices of A+ Gentle Dental of Oceanside. There is strength in numbers. Please write those complaints and contact the media. These are not isolated incidents.

They will not give me a refund. I did write to the Better business bureau. Their reply was That they would be more than happy to fix it for me. My teeth all looked great when the work was initially done. It all just started to fall apart this last year. and now I have gaps in my front teeth that were never their to begin with.
