A Heart to Heart elderly care FRAUDULENT HOSPICE ELDERLY AGENCY Sunnyvale Internet
One star is too high for these caregivers. They run this operation illegally and do not follow home healthcare laws and guidelines. The lady that runs the agency is very good friends with a woman who refers out from Kaiser. Kaiser could really have lawsuits on their hands if they realized how this group operates. They had been providing care to my family member for a while. I've overheard the lady running it "Pam Rose Langi" (I believe) speak and engage in verbally abusive ways. This occurred to my family member as well as to her "employees." No one on staff has a nursing degree and are extremely ignorant when it comes nutrition, care and health. I later found out that some of caregivers come from Tonga and don't have the qualifications to be administering medication. They rarely provided adequate food, bathing, diaper changes and care. I didn't find this out until my family member passed. Apparently my family member was too afraid of retaliation from "Pam" if they told. I came home one evening who I believe was her husband, sleeping on the job while my dad lay awake. Hungry and wet. This is elder abuse!! Run from this group!
