Dr. Marty Egert was hired by my wife to give me a polygraph for a dispute we had. He coaxed and led her in what questions should be be asked for the polygraph test. When I arrived and met with Marty he was cocky and had a chip on his shoulder giving me an uneasy feeling. I asked him about his credentials and he could not furnish anything. I also noticed the equipment he was using can be purchased by anyone online and used from home. After the test he didn't give me the results right away which was a RED FLAG right off the bat. Needless to say the he called my wife with the results the next day and told her that I was deceptive on all my answers. When I spoke with Marty he said I couldn't have the results so I told him that I would see him in court. This b*****d is a liar that almost cost me my marriage. Do not use Dr. Marty Egert for ANY polygraph services, he is a shady guy with no credentials and no training.

Has anyone checked his licensing with the state? I knew a Dr. Marty Egert in Scottsdale back about 2002 or 2003 that was a chiropractor. He also had some quit smoking herbal stuff he was selling there and online. Why was a chiropractor selling quit smoking stuff and now doing polygraph work? Does he still have an Arizona medical license and if not, why not?

Every hospital in Arizona drug tests mother and baby.  I was no exception.  I was drug tested, and so was my baby.  Guess what Marty!  there were no drugs in my or my babies system. Hmmm, that must mean that I WASN'T on drugs during pregnancy. Maybe you can't get off Oxy, but me and my husband did it and had amazing sex for a couple months and never needed it again. You probably made up my test to purposely break me and my husband up. Your a lonely old man that probably was jealous of my husband because he has a pretty wife that adored him.

You told my husband that I was bribing you?  You are unbelievable. Don't flatter yourself.  Men throw themselves at me, you really think I'm going to go cheat on my husband and then beg him back?? Ehhhh no. If I was going to cheat, I'd divorce him and be with some1 else. Duuuuhhhh

If I'm not mistaken, didn't we sign a privacy statement?  You could get in ALOT of trouble if I pressed charges on you blabbing about my case. Better think about that Martyo

one more thing:  ALL YOU HAD TO DO IS BE HONEST AND SAY THAT THE POLYGRAPH DOESN'T DETECT LIES IT DETECTS NERVES. THEN I WOULDN'T THINK OF YOU AS SUCH SCUM, SILLY.

Marty, before you "accuse", know the facts.  My husband and I did oxycontin together so we could have great sex because it hurt after baby. (IF YOU MUST KNOW).  There was no "oxy confession"  I know if you'd throw out a rebuttal, that's all you'd have to go on. Things surfaced and it was brought to my husbands attention that it was impossible for things to have been done that were deceptive in your test.  (There is your proof.)  Polygraphs test nervousness. Time tells all.

I was upset because I asked you " I am nervous when you ask me the relevant questions, is that going to hurt me?"  You said "the test will know the difference."  K, No it didn't.  Also you, from the get go, talked to my husband in private, and talked like I was already guilty. That is not going to get the test takers on you good side.  Hey buddy, I'M THE ONE THAT PAID YOU, NOT MY HUSBAND. So technically I was your customer and you treated me like s**t from day 1.  Those two things really pissed me off.

I was shocked to hear they were all deceitful.  I pleaded with my husband to take another test. Everything I did he'd say " Marty said you'd do this".  How the hell do you know how someone will react? Who wouldn't be upset and beg and plead if they were falsely accused? After the test I did a ton of research on the polygraph.  That thing can not tell if someone is lying.  And you know it.  It merely tells if someone is nervous.  How dare you call me deceptive.  You aren't God.  A person who thinks a machine can tell if the mind is lying is laughter for the gods - Albert Einstein.

Anyway, maybe instead of displaying that your test is 99.9% accurate and all that bs, you should tell the truth.  You could potentially be ruining a lot of lives with your "test".  It's a shame that that is all you need to have to cocky confidence you possess. Not to mention you telling me your size by filling me in on all your degrees and achievements.  I could have cared less.  Very unprofessional in the manner you did it.

I STILL HATE POLYGRAPHS -- AND THIS SHOWS WHY

SO THERE ARE SOME PEOPLE WHO HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO  PAY FOR A POLYGRAPH OPERATOR TO PACK UP HIS GEAR AND COME TO THEIR HOME TO ADMINISTER A POLYGRAPH EXAMINATION AND WHAT IT AMOUNTS TO IS WHOSE LIES CAN GO UNDETECTED.

WASTING MONEY ON POLYGRAPH FOOLISHNESS IS INDICATIVE OF SOMETHING HERE BUT I AM NOT SURE WHAT IT WOULD BE.

THE ONLY WAY TO KNOW FOR SURE WHEN IT COMES TO  ALLEGATIONS AND SUSPICIONS OF ADULTERY IS TO HIRE A PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR AND DO IT THE OLD FASHIONED WAY USING HIGH TECH SURVEILLANCE CAPTURING IMAGES FROM PINHOLE, CONCEALED CAMERAS ( WITH AUDIO) ON A LAPTOP AND PRESERVING THE IMAGES ON DVD FOR THE CLIENT.

BUSTED!

I THINK THESE PEOPLE HAD MORE MONEY THAN BRAINS.

MARTY IS NOT TO BLAME. THESE PEOPLE WANTED TO GIVE HIM MONEY AND HE TOOK IT.

IF THE PERSONS WHO RETAINED HIM DID NOT KNOW ENOUGH TO CALL THE STATE AGENCY THAT LICENSES POLYGRAPH OPERATORS -- USUALLY THE SAME STATE AGENCY THAT LICENSES PRIVATE SECURITY OFFICERS AND PRIVATE INVESTIGATORS BUT NOT ALWAYS -- CALL YOUR STATE LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY AND THEY WILL PROBABLY KNOW.

MAYBE THESE TWO SHOULD HAVE CALLED MAURY POVICH'S TV SHOW AND HAD A POLYGRAPH DONE WITH THE RESULTS READ LIVE ON NATIONAL NETWORK  FOR
IT MAKES FOR GREAT TV -- POLYGRAPHS FOR PARLOR GAME AMUSEMENT AND ENTERTAINMENT...IT WOULD HAVE BEEN FREE!

IN REAL LIFE I HAVE HAD POLYGRAPH RESULTS SKEWED AGAINST ME SO THAT AN EMPLOYER COULD HIRE YOUNG WHITE MALES 18-25 AND DISCRIMINATE AGAINST EVERY OTHER JOB APPLICANT USING THE POLYGRAPH RESULTS AS AN EXCUSE.

SO THIS IS WHY I AM NOT A POLYGRAPH FAN.

FROM WHAT I HAVE READ, ETHICAL POLYGRAPH OPERATORS ALWAYS READ THE QUESTIONS THAT WILL BE ASKED TO THE SUBJECT OF THE POLYGRAPH INVESTIGATION.   I THINK THEY ARE WATCHING THE REACTION OF THE SUBJECT TO SEE IF THEY REGISTER ANY SORT OF SUSPICIOUS RESPONSE TO THE QUESTIONS.

AND WHOEVER PAYS FOR THE POLYGRAPH TESTING IS THE ONE WHO GETS THE RESULTS AND THAT IS HOW IT IS. THE ONE WHO DOES NOT PAY AND GETS TESTED DOES NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THOSE RESULTS EXCEPT TO BE TOLD THAT THEY PASSED OR FAILED.

POLYGRAPHS CAN BE NERVE-WRACKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS TAKEN IT FOR THE FIRST TIME SO THAT MIGHT HAVE INFLUENCED THE RESULTS.

AND THIS IS ONE OF THE REASONS THAT THEY ARE NOT ADMITTED INTO EVIDENCE IN COURT, THAN K GOD!

SORRY, MARTY. YOU SEEM LIKE A REAL NICE GUY BUT I WOULD NEVER LET YOUR AND YOUR POLYGRAPH MACHINE ANYWHERE NEAR ME.

SINCE WHEN DO POLYGRAPH OPERATORS MAKE HOUSE CALLS?

DID ANYONE THINK TO ASK WHAT MARTY'S PhD WAS IN?

NOT MARRIAGE COUNSELING, I HOPE.

Consider the source...............one question asked Kristi sums it all up..............her husband wanted to know if she had taken any drugs during either of her pregnancies, her youngest child being only 2 months old...........she indicated NO...............she showed to be deceptive................ The interesting thing about this case is that the following day, when the deceptive results came in and she was desperately trying to convince her husband otherwise, he called me and asked me if taking any drugs could have influenced the results..................she had confessed to him she was jacked up on OXYCOTIN during the exam............FYI-Oxycotin is highly addictive and almost impossible to get off of, so....as mentioned in the title...........consider the source.........a woman doing a highly addictive drug two months after her delivery of her baby..............and failed the question which indicates there were drugs being used during pregnancy.................and..........this was one of the very important questions her husband wanted asked, so obviously he felt she was doing drugs during her pregnancy...............which she showed to be. The other questions were about infidelity throughout the course of their on-again off-again relationship....................she failed these also.................. CONSIDER THE SOURCE!!!!!!! If you would like any additional information regarding this isolated case or any matters you are currently dealing with that we may be able to help you with, please call. Marty 602 931 0353

Well, I am going to have to agree with Mr. Marshall. This man (Marty) gave me a very similar vibe. The "test" was in an empty home in Scottsdale AZ. When my husband and I went in for the initial consultation, he locked the door behind us...kinda weird. Then my husband left so I can take the "test". He noticed there was a real estate sign in the yard. He called the number on it and the lady on the other end said two men rent the house -she even added how "strange" they were. Who does that??? Anyway, to make a long story short: My husband has some insecurities, and has been struggling with thoughts about me committing adultery in our marriage for a long time. He has absolutely no proof to go on, just his own thoughts. So we decided to bury those thoughts once and for all. That's why we called Marty. My husband calls him and is on the phone with the man for 20 minutes. I got a weird vibe form the conversation. He tells my husband to go where he's alone. The man immediately thought I was guilty. There were a couple more phone calls prior to the test so they could go over some more things and they were all very secretive. He made my husband talk in private. So I take the test 8 questions (which by the way was $200 dollars more than the 4 questions) were all about infidelity and one was about drugs and one was a stupid one asking if I had intentions of telling the truth. I answered honestly to all the questions -never cheated, never did drugs while pregnant, and definitely intended to be honest. The next day we were supposed to call in for the results. I "showed deception" on ALL my questions. Guess what???? I didn't like once!!! So Marty, the people you do this to are going to catch up on you. Maybe you should consider an new profession. You are wrongfully breaking up marriages so your little wallet gets better. How do you sleep???? Beware: don't go to Marty for the polygraph test. I will make sure I spread the news, you too!! Luckily, my husband does his research. antipolygraph.org Kristy

June 6, 2009 Marty Egert A&M Advanced Polygraph Experts www.advancedpolygraph.com [email protected] VALLEYWIDE 602 931 0353 This entry on Ripoffreport.com is slanderous, full of mis-truths, and the source needs to be considered (as verified by his wife who felt the need to have him polygraphed based upon his normal Mode of Operandi as described below)......... Wife orders polygraph and provides her questions to be asked to find out if husband has had sexual contact with her niece, and verification of truthfulness of his account of a confession of a previous affair. She has provided information that he was seen having sex with someone over the Memorial weekend and that he has confessed in the past to at least one other affair with a stripper and has a history of lying, and history of lying up to the point of confession only when getting caught with his hand in the cookie jar. Additionally he has a bipolar disorder, not to mention a professed recovering alcoholic, with previous arrests. He consents to the exam, but refuses to allow two of the four questions his wife wanted asked so we scratched two and added two additional questions which he participated in formulating and approved and then fails all questions asked, not to mention an implied admission on the two he threw out. That is what he was sent to my office to find out. Uncovering the truth is what I am trained to do. He claims he never got a report which he did, verbally to start with, which is when he got irate, using profanity and made threats on my life and a restraining order was put into place by Maricopa County of which he is under currently. It was at that point I broke off all correspondence to the examinee, sent out my certified hard-copy report to the examinee and closed the case. Credentials: I have a Sociology degree from Creighton University in Omaha, NE and attended Backster School of Lie Detection in San Diego with a Certificate of Completion and have performed hundreds of Polygraph Examinations for criminal and immigration attorneys, private investigators, marital couselors, businesses for relationship and theft issues, and a myriad of circumstances in the private sector including infidelity, addictions, hidden assets, and verification of the truth, and clearing one's name. Backster School of Lie Detection is the premier school in the world for Polygraph instruction. Mr. Backster set the standards for the industry back in the 1960s, and those standards still go unchallenged today. He still teaches and is THE guru of the whole profession and I had the privilege of studying under him. I use ultimate state-of-the-art computerized equipment recommended by Backster School of Lie Detection, of which the equipment manufacturer teaches the use of their equipment in the curriculum at Backster. The equipment is extremely reliable. My procedures and my skills in analysis in determination of the truth, are second to none. If you have a situation where you need complete accuracy in verification of the truth or deception, call me, or if you would like any further clarification on the above isolated incident, please feel free to call and ask for me. Thank you. Marty Egert 602 931 0353
