A Master's Touch Carpet Cleaning Luis Gaona / A master's Touch Carpet Cleaning / Master's Touch/ Mr. Luis Had offer to pay a small fee for me to hep him fix a few areas he had with his site and i did so now that it was fixed he keeps giving me the run around about he was going to pay me over the last few weeks, and every time i asked him about payment he alwayse says he is headed to bank but money never gets there. I have even tried to work out payments with him but every time i do he says he don't have it at the time this has been going on for over a month now.
Luis Owner of A Master's Touch Carpet Cleaning had asked me to help him with a few of his areas another guy messed up on his website, and i did i told him it would be a small fee and he agreed to it but when it came time to pay after all was said and done he has never came threw on his end of the bargin. Now he is running around putting bad reviews on my companie all over the internte just because he will not pay what he owes. If he trys to get services from any companies out there yall please collect payment before you do any work for this guy or you will never get paid. Here is the site
