Used them on 7/1/14. Rep on the phone, who I spoke to, told me that 3 guys and the truck would cost 80$ per hour. He asked what exactly I am planning to move and how long do I think it will take. I assured them that it will not take more the 2 hours since the move was within 3 miles and there was nothing much to move. He said "no problem" and we scheduled a start time. What he never mentioned is that regardless what I had to move, they will charge me a minimum of 5 hours!
When they did remember to mention that? Exactly, when it was time to unload my stuff! I called the main office and spoke to the boss, who was extremely rude on the phone and said that I should of known that it will be a minimum charge. How should I know that? - he was unable to tell me.
His words were exactly: "if you dont want to pay, then we will take all your stuff to our storage facility and star charging you a storage fee until you pay full amount". The names of the people I spoke to are: Alex and Gleb. Their phone number is : 201-437-0404 My advise - stay away from those crooks!!
P.S Every time they insisted on paying cash, I guess because of the amount of cancelled checks and charge-backs on the credit cards due to their HORRIBLE and ILLEGAL way of running the business.
