Mr. Robinson was hired to install tile, paint, fininsh out a shower, and contract for cabinets and electrical work. While in our home, his workers damaged our dining table , broke our coffee table, lost hardware to fixtures, damaged wood stairs, scratched a sofa, toilet and vent hood.
They have gotten paint on the refrigerator, windows, door frames, and a ceiling fan. The wrong grout was used on the fireplace. They have left trash and food in the garage and yard that we had to remove.
We were quoted oil based paint on the kitchen cabinets but latex was used. Immediately, the paint begin to peel which he said only needed a "touch up". This had to be redone, at our persistant request, and he will not compensate us for the unused latex primer. The shower and floor tile order was not placed at one time and therefore the dye lot does not match. The overage on the floor tile is ~25% and although we have paid for this, Mr. Robinson keeps insisting that he is taking it with him.
Mr. Robinson did not register with the city as a GC as required nor file appropriate permits. We emailed him on 11/20/16 and asked that no additional work be done until he had done so. Initial work was started on 10/10/16 and, to date, we still do not have 100% completion in any area.
Mr. Robinson showed up at the house on 12/22/16 with a sticky note demanding $16102.17 before the job was completed. The night before we were invoiced via email for $3722.51. He refuses to explain the charges and abandoned the job site with his workers. He was to deliver the last of 4 cabinets this day and stated he was broke and using the cabinet as "leverage". Of note, he has previously stated when questioned about a charge, that he did not know he was required to explain anything.
When asked for a final itemized invoice he refuses and has hung up the phone on us. We will have to have all ceiling:wall joints repainted as there is wall paint on the ceilings. His workers had refused to do so stating that straight lines are impossible. We will have to repaint mouldings, baseboards, and ledges with an appropriate semigloss formula, as the paint Mr. Robinson chose has a flat appearance. The grout on the fireplace will also have to be redone.

The author of this report who claims to have 'ïnsider information" was never present at any time in the home. The time frame referenced by the author was when A1 Eagle Eye was either 1.asked not to return to the premises due to lack of proper permits or 2. on the premises to repair inferior work or damage to the premises.
A1 Eagle Eye is unable/unwilling to admit/accept responsibility for poor workmanship, damage to personal property (of which more has been discovered since the first report) and job abandonment; in addition to an expectation for an unsubstantiated amount of money. This complaint can be validated with photos, as well as subsequent estimates to complete and repair the home.

There is no real complaint here. This is just another attempt by the homeowners, Stacy and Mark Romero, to avoid paying their bills.
They contracted for A1 Eagle Eye to make various repairs and remodel of their house. As of December 22, 2016, all work was substantially completed, but, even though they had been invoiced weekly, they have failed and refused to pay for any of it since November 18, 2016 (5 weeks earlier).
A1 Eagle Eye has been forced to retain attorneys to collect what is due from the Romero's. The fictional and malicious statements which they have submitted as their complaint are nothing more than retaliation.
